Group Discount for ANN Members: Any facility registering four (4) or more ANN members together, for the main conference, will qualify to receive a $75 discount per registrant. NOT A MEMBER? Non-members choose the “Join ANN + Registration” category which includes an additional $105 for membership dues. All group registrations must be submitted together, no exceptions.

General Information

Session Handouts Handouts will be available for download by registered attendees beginning approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Internet access is not available in the conference rooms. After the conference, handouts, audio recordings, and PowerPoint presentations will be available for recorded sessions and you will have access for one year postconference.The login instructions for accessing the handouts will be emailed to registered attendees when they become available. You are strongly encouraged to bring with you the handouts for the sessions you plan to attend, or download them on a mobile device for review during or after the conference. The handouts are also available on the conference app. There will be room for note-taking in the program guide. Power strips, printers, and paper copies of handouts will not be available.

Photography Please note that attendance at the ANN conference constitutes an agreement by the participant to ANN’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the participant’s image. These images are for ANN’s use only and may appear on ANN’s website, in printed brochures, or other promotional materials.

Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy -To receive a refund, cancellation of your conference registration must be received in writing at the conference management firm, A.J. Jannetti, Inc. on or before March 16, 2020. After this date, no refunds will be made. -A $50 administrative fee is applied to all registration refunds. -Send refund requests to: A.J. Jannetti, Inc., East Holly Avenue/Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071 or email: [email protected]. -If it becomes necessary to cancel the National Advanced Practice Neonatal Nurses Conference for any reason, including emergencies, labor strikes or force majeure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees. -Notification of a cancelled conference will be emailed at least 15 days prior to the first day of the conference, if possible.
