GRAHAM’S FOUNDATION MENTOR PROGRAM INITIATIVE

Graham’s Foundation has received a $20,000 grant from Pampers to support the expansion of the foundation’s Preemie Parent Mentor Program.  The new initiative, called “Connect,” enables parents to quickly connect with one of the organization’s trained mentors, each of whom has had their own experience with prematurity. The Preemie Parent
Mentor Program is a complimentary service that provides resources and peer support to parents throughout their child’s prematurity journey.
