ESMÉ ELISE HAHN

Esmé Elise Hahn was born at 31 weeks due to complete placenta previa.

Today, Esmé is now a happy, wild, and bubbly 2 year old! She climbs everything and runs everywhere. She has the fine and gross motor skills of a 3-4 year old and is the funniest toddler I have ever met. She is truly a miracle and we love her fiercely!
