All claims for defective or damaged shipments should be made within 10 days of receipt of items or the claim is waived. With that all damaged items would need to be saved for a period of 30 days (containers and contents) for claims inspection purposes by the company and by the shipper and shipping company. Otherwise the claim is void. Your order is not finalized until payment has been submitted. All orders are final and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
