Beginning Rhythms and Keys to Caregiving – Establishing Early Feeding and Sleep Routines

Beginning Rhythms and Keys to Caregiving: Establishing Early Feeding and Sleep Routines focuses on the foundations of early childhood development for infants and young children birth to three. This program is for those who work with prenatal clients and families of newborns, infants, and young children. Content also addresses the needs of late preterm and near-term infants, who while appearing healthy and thriving, face unique challenges for their parents due to the baby’s immaturity. The course content complements other early childhood training, such as the Brazelton “TouchPoints.” The program focuses on supporting and reinforcing parent-child relationships using a strength-based approach and strategies that support early childhood regulation, brain development, and social-emotional development.
