The Alliance’s mission is to change racial and health equity policy nationwide and help African American NICU Families with equalizing grants. LEO & CHARLIZE WEBSTER Leo and Charlize were born at 30+4 weeks during an emergency C-section. They spent 31 days in the NICU. Today they are 36+1 weeks and still should have stayed 2 more weeks in the womb but mom is over the moon to have them home and watching them grow.
